Born in 1963 in Poland. Higher education in Poland and Switzerland. Law degree from the University of Geneva in 1986. Called to the bar in 1991. Former research assistant at the University of Geneva. Former assistant general secretary responsible for legal affairs at a large trade union in French-speaking Switzerland (negotiations, collective agreements, compulsory redundancy plans, individual and group litigation, member of the Council of State consultative commissions in matters of immigration and the labour market).

Former member of the Judges examination board.

Teacher at the Geneva Law School.

Practises employment law. 

Her working languages are french, polish, english and russian.


Holder of a BA in Law from the University of Geneva and an MA in Law and Criminology awarded summa cum laude by the University of Lausanne, Caroline FRÖSCH-DELADOEY was called to the bar in Geneva in 2017.  Before obtaining her certificate of specialisation in law in June 2015 and completing her articles at the Geneva  chambers of BARTH & PATEK, Caroline FRÖSCH-DELADOEY worked as a clerk for a year with a prosecutor at the Lausanne district public prosecutor’s office. Caroline FRÖSCH-DELADOEY joined the chambers of BÜRGISSER AVOCATS/ATTORNEYS on 1 November 2017. Trained as a generalist, her particular specialist areas are tenancy law, debt collection and bankruptcy law, divorce and family law as well as general criminal law. Her working languages are French and English.
